Commander In Chief Commendation of Honor
Who must approve: Current Commander In Chief only Who may recommend: Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff, Country Commander Who may receive: Any Allied member (Must not have played Axis in three previous and current campaign) This is the highest decoration that can be awarded by the Allied High Command.
