Who must approve: Current Commander In Chief only
Who may recommend: Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff, Country Commander
Who may receive: Any Allied member (Must not have played Axis in three previous and current campaign)
This is the highest decoration that can be awarded by the Allied High Command. It is bestowed only by the Commander in Chief, in the name of the Allied High Command to Allied members who have distinguished themselves through conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity above and beyond the call of duty.
